For the purposes of paragraph (1) of subdivision (c) of Section 97.2, âmulticounty districtâ includes District 2 of the Alameda Contra Costa Transit District. This section shall be deemed to have become operative July 1, 1992, and the auditor is hereby authorized to adjust the 1993â94 distributions to the Educational Revenue Augmentation Fund accordingly.
