All unknown defendants, except unknown defendants owning a special assessment, shall be described in the complaint, as follows: âAlso all other persons unknown, claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real property described in the complaint, adverse to plaintiffâs ownership or any cloud upon plaintiffâs title thereto.â
