(a) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to deprive employees of their rights pursuant to the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964 (49 U.S.C. Section 5301 et seq.) and the agreements entered into pursuant to Section 5333(b) of Title 49 of that act. (b) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to deprive employees of their rights pursuant Sections 130051.24 and 130110 of the Public Utilities Code.
