(a) The Transportation Planning and Development Account in the State Transportation Fund, hereafter referred to as the âaccountâ in this article, is hereby continued in existence as the Public Transportation Account in the fund. (b) Any reference in any law or regulation to the Transportation Planning and Development Account in the State Transportation Fund is a reference to the Public Transportation Account.
