(a) âTransportation planning agencyâ means the entity designated in Section 29532 of the Government Code. (b) âTransportation planning agencyâ also includes, for purposes of this chapter, the county transportation commissions created in the Counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura pursuant to Division 12 (commencing with Section 130000). (c) âTransportation planning agencyâ also includes, for purposes of this chapter, the Imperial County Transportation Commission in Imperial County.
