Any transit district or operator may require from prospective bidders for any contract answers to questions contained in a standard questionnaire and financial statement, including a complete statement of the prospective bidderâs financial ability and experience in performing public contracts. When completed, the questionnaire and financial statement shall be verified under oath by the bidder in the manner in which pleadings are verified in civil actions. The questionnaires and financial statements are not public records and shall not be open to public inspection.
