The board of directors shall adopt priorities reflecting the districtâs goals, including consideration of being designated as the federal Designated Recipient for Yolo County, consideration of additional transportation funding sources, examining the feasibility of Yolo County becoming a self-help county, and examining possible agency consolidations within Yolo County.
