As used in this part, the following terms have the following meanings: (a) âAuthorityâ means the Yolo County Transit Authority, a joint exercise of powers agency. (b) âBoard of directorsâ means the Board of Directors of the Yolo County Transportation District. (c) âBoard of supervisorsâ means the Yolo County Board of Supervisors. (d) âCountyâ means the County of Yolo. (e) âDistrictâ means the Yolo County Transportation District created by Section 60004.
