Notwithstanding Section 491, the commission may authorize a passenger stage corporation, upon one dayâs notice, to reduce its rates and charges to not less than those of a competing passenger transportation service operating over substantially the same route pursuant to federal operating authority. The commission may attach any conditions it finds reasonable or necessary.
