Unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall govern the construction of this article: (a) âAirportâ means Los Angeles International Airport. (b) âDepartmentâ means the Department of Airports, City of Los Angeles. (c) âMayorâ means the Mayor of the City of Los Angeles. (d) âBoardâ means the Los Angeles International Airport Property Acquisition Board.
