(a) Board members shall file Statements of Economic Interest with the ethics officer pursuant to state law, within 30 days of assuming office, annually, and within 30 days of leaving office. (b) Any amendments to the Statement of Economic Interest shall be filed within 30 days of the occurrence of the change.
