(a) This chapter, in addition to rules or codes adopted by the board, shall be the code of conduct for the board of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. (b) In addition to any other ethics laws applicable to other public officials, members of the board are also subject to the rules and codes described in subdivision (a).
