Upon creation of the Ventura County Transportation Commission, and on the effective date of a contract with the Board of Administration of the Public Employeesâ Retirement System, existing balances in the Ventura County Association of Governments Account in the Public Employeesâ Retirement Fund shall be transferred to the commissionâs account in that fund.
