When the just compensation has been paid in accordance with the commissionâs order, the commission shall make its final order of condemnation which shall describe the property or interest therein condemned and the purpose of such condemnation. A copy of the order certified under the seal of the commission shall thereupon be filed in the office of the recorder of the county in which the property described is situated, and thereupon the property or interest in or to property described therein shall vest in the parties and for the purposes specified in the order.
