As used in this part, the following terms have the following meanings: (a) âAgencyâ means the Monterey-Salinas Transit Joint Powers Agency, a joint exercise of powers agency. (b) âBoard of directorsâ or âboardâ means the Board of Directors of the Monterey-Salinas Transit District. (c) âBoard of supervisorsâ means the Monterey County Board of Supervisors. (d) âCountyâ means Monterey County. (e) âDistrictâ means the Monterey-Salinas Transit District created by Section 106010.
