Notwithstanding Section 9050, the personal representative need not give notice to a creditor even though the personal representative has knowledge of the creditor if any of the following conditions is satisfied: (a) The creditor has filed a claim as provided in this part. (b) The creditor has demanded payment and the personal representative elects to treat the demand as a claim under Section 9154.
