An attorney may terminate the deposit by one of the following methods: (a) Personal delivery of the document to the depositor. (b) Mailing the document to the depositorâs last known address, by registered or certified mail with return receipt requested, and receiving a signed receipt. (c) The method agreed on by the depositor and attorney.
