(a) By enacting this chapter, it is the Legislatureâs intent to enact a modified version of the Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act. (b) This chapter may be cited as the âCalifornia Conservatorship Jurisdiction Act.â
