For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: (a) âTransfereeâ means a person designated as a successor of the decedent in a certified copy of an affidavit issued under Section 13202. (b) âTransferred propertyâ means property transferred to a transferee pursuant to a certified copy of an affidavit issued under Section 13202. (c) âUnsecured debtsâ includes, but is not limited to, a decedentâs funeral expenses, expenses of a decedentâs last illness, and wage claims.
