The following definitions apply for the purposes of this chapter: (a) âTransfereeâ means a person to whom payment, delivery, or transfer of property is made under this chapter. (b) âTransferred propertyâ means property that is paid, delivered, or transferred pursuant to an affidavit or declaration executed under Section 13101. (c) âUnsecured debtsâ includes, but is not limited to, a decedentâs funeral expenses, expenses of a decedentâs last illness, and wage claims.
