The following definitions shall govern the interpretation of this chapter: (a) âSuisun Marshâ means the Suisun Marsh as defined in Section 29101. (b) âPrimary management areaâ means the primary management area as defined in Section 29102. (c) âSuisun Marsh Protection Planâ means the plan identified and defined in Section 29113. (d) âDistrictâ means the Suisun Resource Conservation District. (e) âBoardâ means the board of directors of the district. (f) âIndividual ownershipâ means a separate privately owned parcel of land within the primary management area. Contiguous parcels of land owned by the same legal entity comprise a single individual ownership. (g) âDepartmentâ means the Department of Fish and Game.
