Each district may enter into an interagency agreement with a state agency, for purposes of this chapter, consistent with the requirements of Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 11250) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code and the Department of General Servicesâ State Contracting Manual.
