Of the funds made available by Section 92500, one hundred fifty million dollars ($150,000,000) shall be available, upon appropriation by the Legislature, to the Strategic Growth Councilâs Transformative Climate Communities Program established pursuant to Section 75240 for projects that provide local economic, environmental, and health benefits, and improve the resilience of priority populations, as defined by the Transformative Climate Communities Program guidelines.
