Projects funded pursuant to this chapter shall be consistent with the policies and guidelines established by the Water Resilience Portfolio, Californiaâs Water Supply Strategy, the Central Valley Flood Protection Plan, and the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (Part 2.74 (commencing with Section 10720) of Division 6 of the Water Code), if applicable.
