For the purposes of this part, the following terms have the following meanings: (a) âCouncilâ means the Strategic Growth Council established pursuant to Section 75121. (b) âDisadvantaged communitiesâ means communities identified as disadvantaged communities pursuant to Section 39711 of the Health and Safety Code. (c) âProgramâ means the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities Program established pursuant to Section 75210.
