(a) The Senate Committee on Rules shall appoint one Member of the Senate to the advisory panel, who shall serve at the pleasure of the Senate Committee on Rules. (b) The Speaker of the Assembly shall appoint one Member of the Assembly to the advisory panel, who shall serve at the pleasure of the Speaker. This member shall not be of the same political party as the member appointed by the Senate Committee on Rules.
