For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply: (a) âCountyâ means the County of Los Angeles. (b) âCultural centerâ means the Southeast Los Angeles Cultural Center. (c) âPanelâ means the Southeast Los Angeles Cultural Center Development Advisory Panel. (d) âSELAâ means southeast Los Angeles.
