As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning, the following terms mean: (a) âAgencyâ means the Resources Agency. (b) âDepartmentsâ means the Department of Parks and Recreation, the Department of Fish and Game, and the California Coastal Conservancy.
