For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply: (a) âCountyâ means the County of San Bernardino. (b) âDepartmentâ means the Department of Parks and Recreation. (c) âGlen Helen Regional Park propertyâ means the 4.2 acres of property at Glen Helen Regional Park to be disposed of by the County of San Bernardino pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 5797.4.
