As used in this chapter: (a) âDepartmentâ means the Department of Parks and Recreation. (b) âFundâ means the Heritage Network Decal Fund created pursuant to Section 5066 of the Vehicle Code. (c) âHeritage corridorâ has the same meaning as set forth in subdivision (c) of Section 5070.3. (d) âProgramâ means the State Heritage Network Plan and Grants Program. (e) âTrustâ means a State Heritage Network Trust organized pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 5078.1.
