Without limiting any statutory powers of the Department of Parks and Recreation, real property which is in the control and possession and under the jurisdiction of the Department of Parks and Recreation shall be subject to the provisions of Division 3 (commencing with Section 11000), Title 2 of the Government Code that relate to the disposition of state-owned real property. Every transaction entered into pursuant to Division 3 (commencing with Section 11000), Title 2 of the Government Code affecting such real property, shall be subject to the approval of the Department of Parks and Recreation.
