(a) A stewardship organization shall do both of the following: (1) Upon the departmentâs request, provide the department with reasonable and timely access, as determined by the department, to its facilities relating to its operation of a paint product recovery program, as necessary to determine compliance with this chapter. (2) Upon the departmentâs request, within 14 days, provide the department with relevant records necessary to determine its compliance with this chapter. (b) All stewardship plans, annual reports, and other submissions to the department required by this chapter shall be maintained and kept accessible for three years. All stewardship plans, annual reports, and other submissions to the department required under this chapter shall include the following affirmation signed by an authorized representative of the stewardship organization: âUnder penalty of perjury, I affirm that the information being provided to the department is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.â
