The registered professional forester who prepared the timber harvesting plan and or any other registered professional forester who is employed by the owner or operator, shall report to the owner and operator if there are deviations of any sort from the plan that in the foresterâs judgment threaten the attainment of the resource conservation standards or other regulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter.
