(a) The department shall post on its internet website a list of covered material categories, including by material form if applicable, by producer, that are not in compliance with this chapter. The department shall update the list at least once every six months. (b) The department may provide, upon request, a list of covered material categories, by producer if applicable, that are in compliance with this chapter.
