As part of the administration of this chapter, within 12 months of a program operatorâs submission of three consecutive complete annual reports submitted pursuant to Section 42033.2, the department shall develop, and post on its Internet Web site, a report analyzing whether the program operatorâs stewardship program provides adequate access to safe disposal of home-generated sharps waste or covered drugs, as applicable, to the ultimate user.
