Notwithstanding Section 10231.5 of the Government Code, on or before January 1, 2027, and annually thereafter, the conservancy shall prepare and submit a report to the Governor and the Legislature, pursuant to Section 9795 of the Government Code, on its implementation of Sections 33812 and 33813, including, but not limited to, all of the following: (a) A schedule of projects undertaken by the conservancy and a schedule of grants and loans made by the conservancy. (b) A schedule of grants awarded to the conservancy and the disposition of the funds granted. (c) The disposition of the funds appropriated to the conservancy in the fiscal year preceding the year in which the report is made.
