The Secretary of the Natural Resources Agency, or the secretaryâs designee, shall serve as the chairperson of the board. The boardâs voting members shall annually elect from among themselves a vice chairperson of the board. If the vice chairpersonâs position becomes vacant, a new vice chairperson shall be elected by the boardâs voting members to serve for the remainder of the term.
