(a) A person who violates any of the posted regulations adopted by the conservancy governing lands owned or managed by the conservancy is guilty of an infraction punishable by a fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars ($250). (b) Any regulation adopted by the conservancy governing lands owned or managed by the conservancy may be enforced by any duly authorized California peace officer.
