(a) The division shall require a copy of the local land use authorization that supports the installation of a well at the time an operator submits the notice of intention for the well under Section 3203. (b) The division shall modify its forms used to evaluate notices of intention under Section 3203 to include expiration dates for the required local land use authorizations described in subdivision (a).
