California Public Resources Code § 26225

For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: (a) “Chancellor” means the Chancellor of the California Community Colleges. (b) “Energy Commission” means the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission. (c) “Local education agency,” “local educational agency,” or “LEA” means a school district, county office of education, charter school, or state special school. (d) “Job Creation Fund” means the Clean Energy Job Creation Fund established in Section 26205.
