For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply: (a) âEligible projectsâ means projects that include, but are not limited to, technology research, development, and demonstrations and implementation of prototype and pilot research test centers. (b) âFinancial incentiveâ includes a contract, grant, loan, or other appropriate funding mechanism. (c) âProgramâ means the Carbon Removal Innovation Program established pursuant to Article 2 (commencing with Section 25688).
