(a) The commission shall aggregate information used in the assessment prepared under Section 25371 to the extent necessary to ensure its confidentiality if public disclosure of the specific information or data would adversely affect market competition. (b) A person required to present information to the commission pursuant to Section 25371 may request that specific information be held in confidence. Information requested to be held in confidence shall be presumed to be confidential. (c) For purposes of the assessment conducted under Section 25371, the commission shall comply with the disclosure of information requirements of subdivisions (c) to (e), inclusive, of Section 25364.
