(a) A dealer delivering empty beverage containers received from the public to a certified recycling center or processor for recycling pursuant to subparagraph (C) of paragraph (1) of subdivision (a) of Section 14578 is not subject to the daily load limits established pursuant to subdivision (f) of Section 2535 of Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations. (b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2025.
