The program shall accomplish all of the following objectives: (a) Develop, partner with, and create opportunities for the forestry corps program objectives described in Section 14411. (b) Collaborate with the Employment Development Department to provide access to workforce services. (c) Collaborate with nongovernmental organizations dedicated to providing access to counseling, mentorship, supportive housing, health care, and educational opportunities. (d) Employ collaborations and partnerships available to the corps consistent with this division.
