(a) The Department of the Youth Authority is authorized to transfer to the Department of Corrections title to any property of the Preston School of Industry at Ione not currently being used by the Department of the Youth Authority. (b) The Department of the Youth Authority is authorized to transfer to the Department of Corrections title to any property of the Northern California Youth Center near Stockton not currently being used by the Department of the Youth Authority.
