(a) The Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation shall prepare plans for, and construct facilities and renovations included within, its master plan for which funds have been appropriated by the Legislature. (b) âMaster planâ means the departmentâs âFacility Requirements Plan,â dated April 7, 1980, and any subsequent revisions.
