No person knowingly shall dispose of fetal remains in a public or private dump, refuse, or disposal site or place open to public view. For the purposes of this section, âfetal remainsâ means the lifeless product of conception regardless of the duration of the pregnancy. Any violation of this section is a misdemeanor.
