For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply: (a) âBoardâ means the Board of Corrections. (b) âDepartmentâ means the Department of Corrections. (c) âCenterâ means a substance abuse community correctional detention center. (d) âConstructionâ means new construction, reconstruction, remodeling, renovation, or replacement of facilities, or a combination thereof. (e) âFacilityâ means the physical buildings, rooms, areas, and equipment used for the purpose of a substance abuse community correctional detention center.
