As used in this title, and for the purpose of this title, the following words shall have the following meanings: (a) âCommitteeâ means the 1986 County Correctional Facility Capital Expenditure Finance Committee created by Section 4483. (b) âFundâ means the 1986 County Correctional Facility Expenditure Fund. (c) âCounty juvenile facilitiesâ means county juvenile halls, juvenile homes, ranches, or camps, and other juvenile detention facilities.
