(a) Except as otherwise provided in subdivisions (a) and (b) of Section 20965, the Department of Justice shall maintain a centralized list of all persons licensed pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 29050. (b) The centralized list shall be provided annually to each police department and county sheriff within the state.
